Although menopause comes in definite time real changes, bringing to it and arising after it, exist much more longer and must be taken into account at consideration of the phenomenon of stopping of menstruations. Although all people belong to one kind, their genes and protein possess numerous polymorphisms and a number of the inherited variations. As a result we differ from each other on the methods of functioning of our cells and tissues, peculiarities of menopause’s symptoms. It is well known that influence of climate, nutrition, viruses, bacteria and medicines on an organism, time and features of menopause beginning individually for every woman exactly due to the genetic polymorphism. We do not inherit a disease hundred-per-cent in a genotype. Rather, we inherit the set of factors of receptivity to the ecological influence which modify risk of the development of illnesses. These factors can be similar to smoking, unbalanced diet, exposing of sunrays, bacterial infection, by hormonal instability. Thus, the considerable majority of genetic polymorphisms has only potential for realization of a problem i.e. it is possible to expose a situation to the correction by the influence on necessary harmful factors in definite time. Researchers found out that expression of great number of genes was modulated by 17-betа-estradiol that explains the numerous extragenital effects of steroids which are produced by ovaries. Therefore the presentation of genetic polymorphisms is enough appropriately for the decision of menopause problem. Taking into account the changes of hormonal background in a perimenopause period: increase of levels of FSG, LG and decline of estradiol and progesteron levels there is a necessity of conducting of adequate hormonotherapy in obedience to the individual hormonal card of a patient which it is recommended to begin from the age of 18-20 years. A prophylactic genetic analysis together with anamnesis of an illness give a doctor the possibility to estimate a credible risk and provide a patient with individual recommendations in regard to a hormonal therapy. Diagnostics of genetic polymorphisms is the main basis of prophylactic medicine for conscious women taking care about their health.
